Luxury Facial (£42)

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (£40)
Our lymphatic system works hard to expel the toxins we have in our body. It works very hard and can become overloaded. This treatment gives the lymphatic system a helping hand; invigorates it - leading to a healthier body
Thai Foot Massage (£39)
Linked to Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage is an invigorating and stimulating massage treatment which uses a special Thai Foot Massage Stick. The treatment combines Reflexology, Thai Pressure Points and Sen Line work.
Thai Herb Compress Massage (£42)
This treatment offers many benefits including relaxation (as with all massages), stimulation of the nervous system, relief of pain and muscular tension, improved blood and lymph circulation,
greater flexibility, exfoliation and moisturising of the skin - along with many other benefits. It incorporates not only massage but the aromatic and therapeutic inhalation of herbs .
Reflexology (£39)
The feet serve as a mirror of the body - reflecting our physical and emotional well-being. Working on specific points can help release tension, highlight imbalances and encourage healing processes.
Indian Head Massage (£39)
This treatment includes massage of the back, neck, shoulders, arms, head and finishes with a relaxing acupressure facial. Aromatherapy oils can be used also if the client wishes.
The treatment is beneficial for relaxation, detoxing, general well-being, migraine, sinusitis,
tinnitus and stress.
Reiki (£39)
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique, which is natural, gentle and non-invasive. It channels energy according to the individual's needs and encourages self-healing; thus restoring physical and emotional well-being.
Seichem (£39)
Seichem (pronounced say-keem) works in the same way as Reiki, with hands placed on the body, but in addition hands may be working in the aura which surrounds the body. It is reputedly one of the healing arts practised in ancient Egypt. Reiki is one of the four elemental rays which make up Seichem - earth (Reiki), water, air and fire.Wonderful, magical healing can take place.
Auricular Acupuncture ((£25)
This treatment involves up to 5 fine needles being placed at specific points in each ear and is easily combined with Reflexology or Reiki. It is often used for relief of stress, to assist sleep and promote cleansing.
Hopi Ear Candling (£25)
With the magical scent of honey, sage and chamomile, allow yourself to experience the beneficial effects of the candles. The candles have been shown to be beneficial in the treatment of sinusitis, tinnitus, migraine headaches, and other ear, nose and throat ailments.
Hot Stone Massage (£40)
This therapy is based on the ancient healing art of stone massage, a modality for physical and spiritual balancing. References to its use have been dated back to 400 years BC. It promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, eliminates toxins and waste and aids pain relief in tight and stiff muscles.
Body Massage (£39)
This massage contributes to overall health and wellbeing through promoting relief of muscular tension and delivering a sensation of relaxation. It can increase joint and muscle flexibilty, vitality and energy, and aids lymphatic drainage and detoxification of the body.
Integrated Energy Therapy (£40)
Integrated Energy Therapy (I.E.T) is one of the next generation - hands on energy therapy systems that gets the "issues out of your tissues" ! By applying gentle pressure and release techniques to specific points on the body.
I.E.T serves to help rebalance the body's cellular memory and clear any associated energy blockages.
