Nirvana Holistic Therapy

Having listened to both my Mum and my wife rave about Reiki treatment and how revitalized and positive they both felt after sessions with Jenni, I decided to do it myself. After an initial 1 hour session, Jenni was able to tell me that, emotionally, I was completely out of sync and how this may well be the result of something in my past which was traumatic enough to have left a very deep and emotional imprint; an event that may even have occurred when I was a young child. After a second session with Jenni, she explained how she had inserted a drain to help release/purge the effects of whatever experience I had had which left me so emotionally out of kilter. At this point, I must say, I was somewhat cynical, but what was to follow left me in no doubt that Jenni and the power of Reiki should not be underestimated. Before leaving, Jenni explained how the drain would remain in place for 3 days and that if I wanted the drain to stop after that time I was to write down “stop now” on a piece of paper and then burn it. Jenni stressed how “it would work it’s way out and that I would see it”. This, I must admit, unnerved me somewhat and I left that Wednesday evening unsure what to expect, if anything at all. On reflection, the physical effects started during the car journey home. Both hands became quite itchy and warm. The palms of my hands were particularly affected and a red rash was visible. My wife, who was driving, and I made absolutely no connection to what Jenni had said. The itch and red rash remained throughout the course of Thursday. I awoke on Friday morning with an intensely hot sensation in both hands and forearms. I was worried enough to have said to my wife that I might give the doctor a ring; it was my wife who commented that this might be what Jenni had said would happen. At that moment I knew she was right; my anxiety subsided immediately and I was filled with a real positivity and wonderment. The following day, the intensely hot sensation and accompanying fierce rash appeared on both thighs and parts of my torso. The heat emanating from my thighs was astounding. I thought I was on the verge of combusting. It was a heat I have never before or since experienced. An incredibly deep heat. The surface of my skin, at this point, was totally burning. My wife was worried to the extent that she said I should go straight to the hospital, but I genuinely felt that what was happening to me was what Jenni had put in place to cleanse me. Rather than going to the hospital, I did as Jenni had instructed which was to write down on a piece of paper “stop now” and to set it alight. By the time I was going to bed that Saturday evening, the burning, the itch and the rash were gone. The experience has left me in awe of the power of emotional and spiritual healing and much more open minded about so many things.
