I am delighted to announce that I qualified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher in January 2022, and have been offering Yoga Classes at Moira Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic since then.

Timetable for 2024 is as follows:-

Monday - 7-8.15pm - Mixed Ability

Wednesday - 7-8.15pm - Mixed Ability

Thursday - 7-8.15 pm - Beginner

I also offer one to one Yoga tuition here at Nirvana - £30 for 75 mins session

Classes run as a 6 week course, which gives the students the time and space to get a realistic feel for the many and varied facets of Yoga Practice.
